Yoga is a Powerful Agent of Change, and Not Simply a Form of Exercise. Within a safe community of fellow veterans and their family members, you will learn practices to release stress, sleep better, ease aches and pains, lower blood pressure, increase strength, flexibility, balance and focus, and develop tools to help manage the symptoms of PTSD and TBI. This is your chance to discover the benefits of yoga: vigor and vitality, balance, peace, and a sense of well-being. No prior experience is needed.
As the schedule for in person classes does change, please CLICK HERE to email Kate to confirm class locations and times.
We are following CDC guidelines, masks on in the buildings, you may remove them during class while you are on your yoga mat. (yoga mats 6-10 feet apart), but then masks back on after class. We don’t need to sign up ahead of time for these two classes right now. Please bring your own equipment, I have a few extras if needed.
